Tundra employs co-op students, summer students, and new grads. Our student programs provide meaningful, hands-on work experience. We recruit students from multiple disciplines, including engineering, geosciences, business, human resources, IT, finance, and accounting.
Engineering New Grads
Tundra has an extensive 24-month Engineer-in-training development program for newly graduated Engineers. Over the course of the program, the new grad will spend time gaining skills in Field Operations, Battery Operations, Facilities, Operations Engineering, Production Engineering, Drilling, Completions, and Workovers/Downhole Maintenance. We believe the skills gained and time spent in these disciplines are invaluable and set new grads up for success.
