At Tundra, the safety and health of our employees, contractors and the public come first. In fulfilling this commitment, Tundra and its management, supervisors, employees, and contractors recognize that each of us has the responsibility to make safety our top priority.

In doing so, Tundra ensures compliance with federal, provincial and industry laws and regulations, and establishes safety and loss control objectives that are quantifiable and measurable.

Safety is not sacrificed to pursue business opportunities, and we continuously strive for improvements in safety and loss control performance.  We take our responsibility to protect people very seriously. Communicating with our neighbours, employees, contractors, local governments, utilities, and emergency services helps Tundra ensure the safety and wellbeing of the community.

Safety plays a role in everything we do. Ongoing dialogue about safety is part of our corporate culture. Whether you are conducting farming operations, digging a flowerbed or a fence line, it is important that you know what’s below.

Tundra has assets across Southeast Saskatchewan and Southwest Manitoba. To ensure the safety of yourself and these facilities, please be sure to submit a first call request before you dig. From time to time, you’ll hear from us directly. At other times, you may notice a safety reminder in your local newspaper or on the radio. Our goal is to raise the awareness of underground hazards which can be out of sight and mind.

Protecting people is our top priority.

If you are unsure about ground disturbance, please give us a call.

Emergency Response

Tundra monitors our operations 24-7-365 so that we can reduce and/or eliminate potential fluid releases.
